Commander Vincenzo Arcobelli, President, Comitato Tricolore per gli Italiani nel Mondo (CTIM), and Official Representative in the USA for the Council General of Italians Living Abroad (CGIE), will speak about the phenomenon of Italian emigration abroad, up to and including today's new emigrants.
