This year an exceptional number of qualified applications were submitted for the Teacher Study Grant and each of the applicants was of the highest caliber so we exceptionally decided to award three Teacher Study Grants instead of the traditional one to award the exceptional commitment and accomplishments of a larger number of applicants.

After careful consideration of the numerous outstanding applications, the 2015 Teacher Study Grant was awarded to:

• Heather Arrigo della Lexington High School Lexington, Massachusetts 
• Josephine Cronin della Tenafly High School Tenafly, New Jersey
• Sarah Lemelin dell’Oakland Community College Auburn Hills, Michigan

The AATI Babilonia Teacher Study Grant is our way to thank non-native Italian faculty for their efforts in promoting the study of Italian language and culture in the U.S.A.
