Professional Development: workshop

Dear Teachers of Italian,

  

Welcome back to a new academic year!

 
The Italian Language Foundation encourages you to register for two exciting professional development workshops for teachers of Italian.  Please see below for detailed information, and register early to ensure your place.
 
For the November 5th AP ITALIAN workshop conducted by The College Board, the Italian Language Foundation will offer grants to teachers of Italian whose schools will not fund the registration fee. A letter from the school indicating lack of funding will be required. Only teachers who are members of the Italian Language Foundation will be eligible for this grant.  The modest annual fee for membership is 25 dollars. Please become a member of the Italian Language Foundation to be eligible for member benefits.
 
Early in 2020, the Italian Language Foundation will offer another professional development for teachers of AP Italian, in preparation for the AP Italian exam in May, 2020. Please see the website (www.ilf.org) for further details. Only teachers of Italian who are members of the Italian Language Foundation will be eligible for this workshop.
