III Settimana della cucina italiana nel mondo 2018

        

In recognition of the Settimana della Cucina Italiana del Mondo, IACE  invited middle and high school students in the Tri-state area, under the guidance of their teachers of Italian, to submit an original video on how the culinary habits of the Italian population were shaped due to the economic difficulties and the social/political environment in the aftermath of WWII when the Italian Constitution was approved.
