M.A. in Italian studies at Georgetown University

The M.A. in Italian studies at Georgetown University is now accepting applications for the 2017-18 academic year.

 

The four-semester, 30-credit program offers a common core and two specialization options in Literature/Culture or Linguistics/Pedagogy.  As part of their coursework our students spend one of the four semesters at an Italian university.

Faculty at the Department of Italian at Georgetown University are highly recognized scholars and offer courses that span from the Middle Ages to Modern and Contemporary Italian culture and literature, Theater, Cinema, and Linguistics.

Our students have been accepted in Ph.D. programs in prestigious universities in North America, or pursued their careers in museums, newspapers, magazines, and international companies.

Competitive scholarships are available.
